Prepare for an electrifying season closer at Western Canada’s Motorsports Festival, taking place at Airdrie Airpark—where speed, style, and celebration collide!!
Join us for the Calgary Season Closer on Sunday, September 13, from 1 PM to 6 PM. Originally scheduled as the Season Opener for Father’s Day (Sunday, June 21), this date now serves as our official Season Closer due to persistent poor weather and safety concerns that prevented us from holding the event in June.
Spectator info:
– Arrival Time: Please do not arrive before 12:30 PM as the gates will be closed.
– Racing Start: Racing may begin as late as 1:30 PM, so there’s no need to arrive early.
– Parking & Walking: Expect an 8-minute walk to the event area from parking.
– What to Bring: Bring your own chairs for seating.
– Amenities: Food trucks, vendors, and portable restrooms will be available on-site.
– Tickets: Available at the gate or online at www.tunerbash.ca.
– Prohibited Items: Drones, scooters, skateboards, bikes, and quads are not allowed.
- Accessibility Notice: Airdrie Airpark has uneven gravel terrain and limited wheelchair access in racing areas. Contact us for options.

Tunerbash is a private track rental event that combines street style drag racing with a high energy all age environment. Think of crazy car meet with racing, but all Legal.
Not a rigid competition full of regular bracket racers and all “Go” attitude. Same with the showoff, you don’t need a trailer queen to participate, just a cool modified ride.
Run what you brung – we don’t care what you drive, just make sure its street legal and passes tech. If you’re a bracket racer or trailer in your race car, this probably isn’t the event for you.
Airdrie Airpark only offers 1/8 mile. We may try 1/4 mile in future years. If you’d like to do 1/4 mile runs, please check out our events at Rad Torque Raceway.
1/8 Mile hot laps, line up and race! At the end of the night we’ll do grudge matches.
Showoff participants get access to our premium showcase parking area and are eligible for show awards. Once racing is done, we will kick into the Showoff finale!
